- Buy a bread mix that needs little or no proving.
- preheat the oven to the specified temperature for cooking the dough.
- Grease or spray the inside of the pot well.
- Cover any drainage holes with a few layers of baking paper.
- This makes sure the dough does not expand through the holes.
- Make up the mix according to the instructions.
- Place the dough into the flower pot to cook the loaf.
- Bake in the oven for the amount of time specified
- not sure - flick the top side of the dough with your thumb. A hollow light sound is ewhat your cooked bread will sound like.
- Remove from the oven.
- Allow to cool before removing from the pot.
