Own bread mix in a Terracotta pot.


  1. Prepare the basic bread dough.
  2. Preheat the oven to the specified temperature for cooking the dough.
  3. Grease or spray the inside of the pot well.
  4. Cover any drainage holes with a few layers of baking paper.
    1.  This makes sure the dough does not expand through the holes.
  5. Form the dough into balls, about half the size of the terracotta pot.
  6. Set the dough in a warm area.
  7. Allow the dough to rise until doubled in size.
  8. Place the dough into the flower pot to cook the loaf.
  9. Bake in the oven for the amount of time specified 
    1. not sure - flick the top side of the dough with your thumb.  A hollow light sound is ewhat your cooked bread will sound like.
  10. Remove from the oven.
  11. Allow to cool before removing from the pot.
