An Easy bake clay pot loaf


  1. Buy a bread mix that needs little or no proving.
  2. preheat the oven to the specified temperature for cooking the dough.
  3. Grease or spray the inside of the pot well.
  4. Cover any drainage holes with a few layers of baking paper.
    1.  This makes sure the dough does not expand through the holes.
  5. Make up the mix according to the instructions.
  6. Place the dough into the flower pot to cook the loaf.
  7. Bake in the oven for the amount of time specified 
    1. not sure - flick the top side of the dough with your thumb.  A hollow light sound is ewhat your cooked bread will sound like.
  8. Remove from the oven.
  9. Allow to cool before removing from the pot.
